It's time to change the world

Today, I was thinking, why is everyone in the world so negative? I mean there's sights like FML out there that just say how much some one's life sucks. Personally I think life is pretty good so what your boyfriend broke up with you or you sent a text to the wrong person or some one called you a name. That's life and it happens all the time. I don't know maybe I'm weird but I hate being depressed. Yes, I have bad days but you learn to let them go. Why don't people look at sights like www.givesmehope.com

People need to open their eyes. So what your not a size zero, your jeans size may have two digits in it. A number does not define who you are! You are beautiful to some one. I know that I'm not a single digit in anything and honestly i'm okay with that. If your trying to be skinny so a guy can like you this is how I see it: If a guy likes you when you arent skinny he's seeing so much more than the way you look. He likes you for the person that you are not the clothes you wear or the size you are. And to me, thats when you find the sincere guys.

The Jersy Shore

One of the thing that really Irks me about Kids my age is there absolute fascination with The Jersey Shore. For those of us who have never seen the show it is about a group of 20 somethings living in a house on the jersey Shore getting drunk and having Sex. Most of the people they picked for this show are the most superficial egotistical self centered people I have ever seen! Good Lord no body I got has a process remotely close to GTL (gym tan laundry.) IF you go to the gym and then you tan and then you do your laundry you either A. Need a life. Or B. Need a trip to the doctor cause there is something severely wrong with your brain and im pretty sure your going to have skin cancer from tanning everyday! Here's a wonderful Idea instead of wasting your money going to the gym do something useful! Habitat for humanity!!!! You get a workout and a tan for FREE and you get to help someone else out!. No as far as the girls go on that show good God! You ladies are in your early 20's you say like more times than i can count on one hand in one minute! Please ladies make your selves at least appear to be educated even if you really aren't. Also there is more to life than going to bars and getting drunk and having sex! I think it is very pathetic when the first thing you see on the commercial is one of the girls saying "Your mission is to go out and find the hottest guy and bring him home!" what kind of message are you sending young girls in America?! And another thing why does Snookie (is that the one girls name) need to be so rude to the girls? Not all of us can afford plastic and surgery and liposuction like she can. Personally I think that none of the girls on that show are beautiful.. they are all fake. I find nothing in them real. I don't understand how people can enjoy watching fake people live fake lives. The jersey shore is not real life! Wake UP!

Tough Love

I know its been a long time since I've posted and as most of cannot wait to bash my own opinions i figured I would give you all something to criticize. First off I am very different from all those other "Teenage bloggers." because I'm tackeling the issues. Just because you don't like my opinion on something like abortion doesnt mean you have to agree. I have been raised to believe that abortion is wrong. (slightly off topic but why do we have an unborn victims law if we do not consider it a person???[any one care to debate that point with me?]). As for those of you who say i dont look at both sides of the arguement I do. I just choose not to believe that killing an unborn human being is morally and ethically right. I mean its completely cool with me if you think killing our countries future is a cool thing to do by all means im not gonna stop you its your life. I have seen both sides of the arguement. I have met people who told me they regret their abortions or wish they would have heard the other side. I'm not quiet sure how to close this post other than.. Stop being close minded. I know i am not. I just present my side of the arguement.

A rose by any other name...

Beautiful-adj-having beauty; having qualities that give great pleasure or satisfaction to see, hear, think about, etc.; delighting the senses or mind:

These three terms are often used to describe the standards that American girls need to uphold when determine how they should consider physical appearance. However the American "cult" of Paris Hilton's and Nichole Richie want to be's tend to turn these standards and make then much harsher than we would like them to be. Which in turned as corrupted many minds in to believe that only those of use who are skinny enough to disappear when we turn side ways are considered pretty and beautiful. Now, more and more i am seeing the term of beauty go from thin to thinner to thinnest. Since when has being a healthy 125lbs been ugly.Why does the definition of beauty have to depend on a number on the tag of your jeans. Also why do we feel that if we can't see our bones that we aren't beautiful. I am find out that some guys are beginning to find that the anorexic skinny a turn off.

Abortion

During the year in gym class I have heard two girls discussing another girls sexual life and how she needed to have an abortion. Normally I have no care for what these girls say, but today was different. I am adopted and very opinionated on abortion. If you don't want to hear me vent about this then please leave but if you care to know my opinion then please continue...maybe, it will open your eyes....

Abortion, is KILLING another human being, And for those of us who haven't looked in a dictionary lately

now that we all know what to Kill means...let me continue....
How can you live with yourself if you know that you WILLINGLY took another life, however small it is a life...I wonder, if it ever crosses a girls mind when she is considering having sex that there are consequences such as std and...PREGNANCY!!!!!! If you ask me if you have sex, you should live with your consequences to an extent... now this extent i am talking about would be, if you get pregnant, you should have to carry the baby, but when it cones time for it to be born, you should have to give it up for adoption....Many of us don't think about this, but there are women out there who are unable to have children. Couples stand in line at adoption agencies for HOURS just to get there name on a LIST...this list doesn't even guarantee them a child....how can you take that away from some one... Sometimes the people who are adopted turn out to be some of the most influential people in the world for example some famous Adoptees are:

Eleanor Roosevelt, Faith Hill, John Lennon, Nat King Cole, Nancy Regan, Tim McGraw

Maybe when we all stop and think about the consquences of our actions, slowly we can help the world become a better place.

Global warming

This is one of my classic satirical looks at many of the problems facing Americans today:



GLOBAL WARMING....Now you may ask what brings up this topic in a 16 year old.. well there is a simple answer to all this...I'M WEARING A HOODIE TO BAND IN JULY... excuse me i thought that global warming meant that ...(drum roll please) the globe was getting WARMER. Excuse me but Hoodies in JULY aren't exactly a fashion "DO" . Why might i ask if the GLOBE IS WARMING, is it only in the MID 70's upper 60's this week. I was kinda hoping with the GLOBAL warming to be in shorts and a t-shirt not Capri's and a hoodie. Why is it that the Media crazed politicians feel the need to make up ludicrous Theory's such as Global Warming. I would like to point out here that the planet has been warming up sometime before Man arrived here. I believe it was called the Ice age when WHOLLY MAMMOTHS and Pterodactyl's roamed the earth... Now the ice age implies or is widely accepted that there was ICE covering most of the earth. Now look out side I don't see any ice outside. OH my there must have been global warming back when the wholly mammoth walked the earth...what was causing the global warming back then??? I don't think the wholly mammoths were driving SUV's. And i don't think that Pterodactyl's were flying around in luxury air craft...So then what caused global warming...I think i know... When the first Caveman politician spoke. And all of his hot air caused the ice to melt. Now when Al Gore began to walk to earth he consisted of so much hot air that the Greenland and Antarctica began to recede at a rapid rate. And as more and more politicians(which by the way the Latin translation of politan is Many Parasites [hmm is there irony there or what])began to walk the earth the hot air created from their breath began to warm the earth causing most of the ice to melt.
